For our Toddler Yoga sessions we offer these, as group, 121 sessions or In-Preschool/Nursery Setting. Our group sessions can be booked via our Bookings Page. Please contact us to discuss your options and build your own 121 session or for a Preschool/Nursery session.
We are located in Atherstone, Tamworth, Nuneaton, Lichfield and their surrounding villages.
Our Toddler Yoga sessions are designed for Children aged 18 months to 7 Years (inclusive).
Face To Face Toddler Yoga Sessions

Our Toddler Yoga classes are aimed at creating a fun space for parent and toddler to learn something new together and gain an understanding of relaxation. We encourage all parents to take part in the sessions with your child.
The sessions are high energy and fun for Little One’s to engage with. We don’t expect a typical yoga session for children!
Each session is based around a different theme or story and this can range from a seasonal topic to the interests of the children. We have over 100 lesson plans to pick from so each week is definitely going to be different.
Throughout the sessions, we cover breathing exercises and yoga inspired poses based on a story or theme that we explore during the session.
During each session we also explore:
- Using Mantra’s
- Sensory Play – This could be using our Parachute, taking a Sensory Walk, Building something, playing musical instruments and soo much more.
- Relaxation techniques – This could be listening to calming music, a different breathing technique,
- Language Development – Through singing and stories
- Learning to Warm up – We always include a “Warm up” in our sessions to encourage Little One’s to learn about their body and how to encourage it to take part in physical activity.
These classes are suitable for all abilities and toddlers aged 18 moths to 7 years old and their parents. The only advisory for parents is that if you are pregnant, please contact us before booking to discuss your options.
We do welcome you to bring siblings to the classes if you need to.

In Preschool/Nursery Setting Sessions

These sessions can be around 30-45 minutes long depending on your requirements.
The sessions are the same activities as listed above for the Parent & Child sessions, however we do encourage Nursery staff to take part with the Children.
I have an Enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid and I’m fully insured to enter your setting.
I bring all of the equipment that we need for the session and the session can be tailored around the topic or theme you have been learning about in your Setting. The only thing we need from you, is a completed Health Questionnaire by Parents, to confirm they are happy for their child to take part in the activity and to ensure they are safe.
Please contact us to arrange a no obligation consultation for your Setting.
Online Toddler Yoga Sessions

During the coronavirus outbreak, we have adapted all our courses into online sessions. These are the same sessions as our Face To Face classes, however they have been adapted slightly to suit an online class.
I email you a couple of days before the session to let you know the theme and if you need to provide any equipment. The equipment you need is usually a scarf/muslin cloth/blanket, a soft toy or a shaker of some description.
