Our Baby Yoga courses are designed for Babies aged 6 weeks to precrawling.
Face To Face Baby Yoga Course

Our Baby Yoga course is aimed at creating a positive bonding experience between parent and baby through touch and movement, and allowing parent and baby to relax and exercise together.
Don’t worry if you haven’t done any yoga previously, most of the moves are for baby and the ones for parents are simple and easy to follow. They can also be adapted to suit you.
Throughout the 3 week course we will cover the following areas of the body:
Legs, Hips & Tummy
Arms, Chest & Back
Yoga Holds
Parent & Baby Exercises
With recapping the movements each week to build up a full yoga sequence.
Each week we will start and end the movement with a calming breathing exercise and a yoga pose for the parents.
There is also a relaxation technique for the parents and the chance to have refreshments and a chat to other likeminded parents during the session.
All handouts are provided on our courses for you to take away.
This course is suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to precrawling.
We welcome siblings to the sessions, there are plenty of toys and maybe a biscuit to keep them entertained.
Then at the end of our course, you will receive your Graduation Pack, containing treats and support for both you and Little One.

Online 3 Week Baby Massage Course

Since the outbreak of coronavirus, we have adapted our sessions into short 60 minute sessions online via Zoom. These are the same classes without the cuppa and a chat at the end (but there’s still plenty of time to talk).
You receive the same help and support from me and as always, all the handouts are emailed over once each session has finished.
Then at the end of our course, your Graduation Pack will be posted out to you, containing treats and support for both you and Little One.
