Our Calmer Stories sessions are designed for Children aged 2 to 11 Years.
Face To Face Calmer Stories Sessions

Our Calmer Stories sessions are aimed at helping to encourage your Little One to become aware of their body and mind. We also encourage Little Ones mind and body to relax through mindful breathing techniques, massage, story, rhymes, mantra, sensory play and mindful activities.
The simple over clothes massage strokes can be carried out by, parents on children, children on children or a child on a teddy. We only massage Back, Head and Arms.
If your Little One does not want to join in with the massage story/theme, we will always have a quiet mindful activity for them to enjoy instead.
These classes are suitable for all abilities and children aged 2 to 11 years old.
We do welcome you to bring siblings to the classes if you need to.

Online Calmer Stories Sessions
During the coronavirus outbreak, we have adapted all our courses into online sessions. These are the same sessions as our Face To Face classes, however they have been adapted slightly to suit an online class.
I email you a couple of days before the session to let you know the theme and if you need to provide any equipment. The equipment you need is usually a scarf/muslin cloth/blanket, a soft toy or a shaker of some description.
