Calm and Relaxing sessions

Baby Massage Courses
Suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to precrawling.
A calm, relaxing 4 week course supporting bonding and attachment with your baby through the power of positive touch.
We learn how to safely massage your Little One, while helping them with common ailments such as Colic, Trapped Wind, Constipation and Teething.

Calmer Stories Sessions
Suitable for children aged 2-11 years and is a great follow on from Baby Massage.
Through the Calmer Stories session, we explore a theme through a story, massaging our head or back as we go. Then followed by a mindful activity.
This can be done with a parent/career or friend. And if children don’t feel comfortable, they can practice their massage on a doll or bear.
